Shipping Destinations & Fees

• Cairo & Giza: We offer specialized, secure delivery within 48–72 hours.
• Other Governorates: Delivery across Egypt typically takes 3–5 business days.
• Shipping Fees: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location within Egypt.

Secure Handling & Insurance

Insured Shipping: Given the high value of our gold and stone-infused designs, all shipments are fully insured until they reach your hands.

Specialized Couriers: We only use trusted, high-security courier partners experienced in handling fine jewelry.

Delivery & Inspection

Recipient Verification: For security, the person who placed the order (or an authorized representative) must be present to receive the package and provide a valid Egyptian National ID if requested.

Inspection Upon Receipt: We strongly encourage customers to inspect the security seal of the package before signing. Once the delivery receipt is signed, the responsibility for the jewelry passes to the customer
